About Us The goal of the TCYC sailing program is very simple – Provide a fun and safe learning environment for young sailors. We do this by offering a professional year-round program offering instruction for children and teens ages 7-18 at all levels, from beginning sailing through advanced racing. In addition we help young people learn safe boat handling, seamanship, sportsmanship, learn to sail, learn techniques of one-design racing, help fully develop their one-design racing skills, and promote youth sailing competition. The bottom line is we are out there to have fun on and off the water.
